Position Overview

As a Digital Operations Associate , you’ll play a key role in helping manage our online business across multiple sales platforms. You’ll be hands-on with everything from product listings and digital merchandising to forecasting and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, collaborates well, and finds creative solutions to challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms
• Participate in the merchandising, buying, and forecasting of products to sell across brands and platforms
• Help create and maintain high-quality product content, pricing, and imagery
• Help amplify consumer experience through improving site functionality and customer service support
• Generate and analyze sales reporting and data to identify trends and support business decisions
• Work within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor inventory

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Photoshop a plus but not required
