E-commerce Operations Associate

Rewind is a high-end designer resale store. We curate, source and authenticate high-quality pre-owned and brand new pieces from iconic brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Saint Laurent, as well as contemporary brands including Zimmermann, Off-White and Vetements. We offer our clients up to 80% off retail prices which can be purchased through our website or by visiting our store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update inventory using Shopify platform.
• Prepare online orders for shipping and in-store pick up.
• Evaluate condition and authenticate merchandise.
• Assist e-commerce team with website and social media accounts including content creation aimed at increasing engagement.
• Answer phone and Instagram messages regarding inventory.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Comply with Rewind’s policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1+ years experience with social media and/or photography.
• Proficient in Word, Instagram and Tiktok. Experience with Shopify and Photoshop is an asset.
• Skills in photography, graphic design and fashion design (sewing) would be highly regarded.
• Ability to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required as well as a strong problem solving attitude.
