Overview
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the Rennaï's e-commerce channel end-to-end. This role leads online merchandising, site experience, content execution, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and deliver a best-in-class customer journey. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Technology teams, the E-Commerce Manager ensures the online store is commercially effective, operationally sound, and aligned with brand standards.

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the Rennaï's e-commerce channel end-to-end. This role leads online merchandising, site experience, content execution, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and deliver a best-in-class customer journey. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Technology teams, the E-Commerce Manager ensures the online store is commercially effective, operationally sound, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Performance
- Own day-to-day and seasonal performance of the Shopify storefront, with accountability for revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and overall site health
- Translate business goals into actionable e-commerce and merchandising strategies
- Analyze performance data and customer behavior to inform optimization and trading decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, navigation, and on-site engagement
- Manage all aspects of the admin, including product setup, collections, navigation, pricing, promotions, tags, and meta fields
- Ensure site functionality, content accuracy, and platform best practices are consistently maintained
- Partner with Tech and external partners on enhancements, updates, and app integrations
- Stay current on releases and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and performance
- Lead digital merchandising strategy across homepage, collections, PDPs, and landing pages
- Ensure product content, imagery, and storytelling are optimized for conversion and aligned with brand standards
- Oversee site merchandising calendars tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
- Continuously evaluate UX and customer journey to reduce friction and improve discovery
- Own e-commerce execution for product launches, drops, and promotional events
- Partner with Marketing to ensure site readiness for traffic-driving campaigns
- Oversee promotional setup, sale logic, and pricing accuracy
- Ensure flawless execution during key trading periods
- Partner with Operations and Buying to align inventory, assortment, and online availability
- Monitor stock levels and adjust merchandising strategies to optimize sell-through
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution across teams
- Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Track and report on key e-commerce KPIs using analytics and related tools
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives and A/B testing efforts
- Use insights to drive continuous improvements across PDPs, collections, and promotions
- Support ROAS and acquisition efficiency through strong on-site performance
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail
- Proven hands-on experience managing a storefront (preferably Shopify)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, CRO, UX best practices, and digital merchandising
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Technology teams
- Analytical and data-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in DTC, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail
- Familiarity with Shopify apps (Search & Discovery, reviews, personalization, CRO tools)
- Exposure to paid media landing pages, product feeds, and omnichannel initiatives
