Senior Campaign Operations Director

The Senior Campaign Operations Director is an ideal opportunity for candidates with over 5 years of relevant experience eager to deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions for Acxiom clients. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of account teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of various digital solutions, including email campaigns, mobile/SMS programs, and custom web pages. As the primary client contact, you will manage timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams, working directly with clients on tactical campaign tasks and overseeing many operational aspects of your accounts. Collaborate closely with the Agency/Consultant division at Acxiom to meet client requirements effectively.

This remote position allows candidates to work from virtually anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do

• Translate client needs into actionable digital marketing solutions and campaigns.
• Provide marketing insights and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and service level agreements.
• Manage campaign timelines and schedules meticulously.
• Communicate workload and staffing concerns to the Senior Manager.
• Oversee daily delivery of digital marketing services, including email campaigns and data exports.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with clients.
• Investigate and address technical issues affecting service delivery.
• Take ownership of scoping and implementation for new client initiatives.

What You Will Have

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in campaign management, with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with SQL/SAS.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• Technical proficiency and comfort with Internet technologies, aiming to enhance technical expertise.
• An organized, proactive mindset with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A knack for providing strategic eMarketing recommendations to clients.
• A keen eye for detail with strong prioritization skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of and interest in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A solid understanding of database structures.
• A collaborative team player who knows when to lead and when to support others.
• A demonstrated ability to guide delivery operations teams and manage individual resources effectively.
• The capability to oversee multiple delivery teams with complex requirements.
• Flexibility for extended work hours to achieve deliverables as needed.
• The resilience to multitask under various circumstances.
