Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated High Ticket Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you'll focus on engaging with businesses to introduce our digital marketing services. You don't need to close deals at first. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads and bring them to our team. If we successfully close the deal, you'll earn a generous commission. You will be expected to close sales in the future, which will unlock higher commission rates. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced B2B sales pros looking for uncapped earning potential without the pressure of full-cycle closing at the start. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with businesses through outbound efforts (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and in-person outreach) to introduce Red Arrow Marketing's services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or handoffs to our closing team.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects, including gathering budget information, until the contract is signed and transitioned to our fulfillment team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and successful closures.

Our pricing and packaging structure is straightforward and client-friendly, making it easy to present value without complex negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling digital marketing services or other high-ticket B2B products/services (e.g., SaaS, consulting, or agency services).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently in a commission-based role.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and email automation platforms.
  • Ability to commit to consistent outreach and follow-up activities.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary, offering unlimited earning potential.

  • Commission Structure: Earn 50% of the first month's contract value for bringing in a qualified lead, plus an additional 50% if you close the deal yourself (totaling 100% of the first month's value).
  • Example: Our average contract is $2,500/month for 12 months. A successful close could earn you $2,500 on average in commission per deal ($1,250 for the lead + $1,250 for closing). We have clients paying upwards of $10,000 per month.
  • High performers can close multiple deals per month, leading to six-figure annual earnings. We provide training on our services and access to marketing materials to support your success.
