[Remote] Sales Hunter – Digital Transformation (New Logo Acquisition)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Recruiterthon LLC is looking for a high-energy Hunter responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients across BFSI, Consumer, and Insurance sectors. The role focuses on new logo development, pipeline generation, and closing strategic digital transformation deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage prospective enterprise clients in BFSI, Consumer, or Insurance domains
• Build a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, events, industry networking, and account intelligence
• Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → solution shaping → negotiation → closure
• Understand market challenges, emerging trends, and digital transformation priorities
• Position offerings across cloud, engineering, data, AI, application modernization, CX, and platforms
• Partner with practice teams to craft compelling proposals and differentiated value propositions
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal documentation
• Ensure smooth handoff to delivery after contract signing
• Establish top-level relationships with business, technology, and procurement stakeholders
• Represent the organization in industry forums and thought leadership activities

Skills

• 8–12+ years of enterprise IT sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets in digital transformation services
• Strong understanding of BFSI, Consumer, or Insurance domain challenges
• Experience in hunting large accounts ($5M–$20M+ deal sizes preferred)
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Experience selling into Fortune 1000 organizations
• Knowledge of cloud, data, engineering, and digital platforms
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
