[Remote] Client Partner - Digital Transformation (Account Growth / Farming Role)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Recruiterthon LLC is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead growth across key enterprise accounts. This role focuses on expanding existing relationships and driving digital transformation programs while partnering with senior customer stakeholders to deliver long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within BFS (Wealth/Capital Markets) or Healthcare verticals
• Build multi-year account strategies aligned to client priorities, market trends, and digital transformation needs
• Identify whitespace, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across engineering, cloud, data, and customer experience offerings
• Act as the primary executive contact for client stakeholders (Director, VP, CXO levels)
• Understand business goals and proactively position solutions that create measurable impact
• Run quarterly business reviews and maintain strong, trusted relationships
• Work closely with delivery, practice, and consulting teams to shape solutions and ensure execution excellence
• Lead proposal development, deal structuring, and contract renewals
• Monitor account health, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Own revenue growth, profitability, and account forecasting
• Meet annual revenue, margin, and expansion targets

Skills

• 10+ years in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting
• Strong background in managing and growing enterprise accounts
• Deep understanding of one or more verticals: BFS Wealth, Capital Markets, or Healthcare
• Proven success in selling digital transformation services (cloud, data, analytics, modernization, CX, platforms)
• Experience partnering with senior executives and navigating complex organizations
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and delivery teams
• Experience in global delivery models
• Understanding of regulatory environments for BFS and Healthcare
• Prior experience in scaling accounts beyond $10M–$25M+ annual revenue
