Senior Manager, Social Media

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently partnering with a large international food & beverage company in hiring for a Senior Manager, Social Media to join their growing team. This is a brand new role within the organization (due to growth) and will be responsible for partnering with top business leaders in the organization to analyze current social channels and help optimize and expand all platforms. This Senior Manager will be a highly visible position within the organization, strategizing with the CEO and other executive leadership team members. Responsibilities • Lead the corporate social media presence and strategy • Work with external vendors and freelancers to activate an integrated content strategy across relevant social channels • Partner with other departments to create storytelling assets • Assist in the monitoring of social media and informing appropriate parties of any issues • Ensuring all communications reflect the company's core values and advance the business strategy Requirements • Bachelors degree required, ideally within marketing or related • Strong project management experience • Food/beverage or CPG experience highly preferred • High level of passion for communications This opportunity offers vast career growth opportunities, an industry leading benefits package, and a collaborative & supportive company culture. • We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
