**About the Role**

We seek a highly efficient, detail-oriented, organized Shopify Plus Website Administrator & Catalog Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our e-commerce operations, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue by creating product listings at scale and operational efficiency on Shopify Plus. Your role will focus on creating and managing product listings, automating processes, and ensuring seamless integration of various operational aspects on our platform.

• *Responsibilities**:

In this role, your responsibilities will be

• Bulk Product Listing Creation: Efficiently create product listings in bulk, preparing them in advance for weekly launches, and daily during peak times.
• Metafield Utilization: Demonstrate knowledge of how metafields can be leveraged on Shopify for enhanced product information and customization.
• Scheduling and Automation: Expertly schedule collections and product go-live dates on Shopify. Utilize Shopify Flow for automating product tagging and other operational tasks.
• Product and Collection Management: Create and manage collection pages, build product redirects, and ensure seamless navigation and product discoverability.
• Tagging and Reporting: Perform bulk tagging for orders and customers, and comfortably pull reports from Shopify to support data-driven decisions.
• Shopify Plus Expertise: Bring your experience with Shopify Plus into play, managing third-party app integrations, shipping settings, and other operational elements within the platform.
• Matrixify Proficiency: Utilize Matrixify for advanced data import and export in Shopify.
• Fulfillment Integration: Understand and manage the integration of Fulfill with Shopify, ensuring a smooth fulfillment process.
• Discount Code and Theme Management: Create and manage discount codes and schedule theme changes within Launchpad to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Web Content Accessibility: Ensure all website content, including images, contains appropriate alt text for accessibility and SEO optimization.
• Proactive Communication: Liaise with the production team to gather all necessary information for accurate product listings.

• Proven experience working with Shopify Plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing potential issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Shopify's operational aspects (e.g., app integrations, shipping settings).
• Familiarity with Shopify reporting and analytics tools.
• Ability to work during PST time-zone hours.
