We specialize in pressure washing, house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and asphalt sealing. Our team is built around high standards, strong communication, and a results-driven culture.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated high school and college students who are eager to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills in a real-world business environment. This role offers flexibility during the school year and full-time opportunities during the summer, with performance-based earning potential.

Schedule

• Part-Time: March–April (during the school year)
• Full-Time: May–August (summer)
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation

• Average full-time earnings: $700–$1,100 per week
• Performance-based pay with opportunities for advancement

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers
• Assist with sales appointments and service scheduling
• Support day-to-day operations and job site logistics
• Deliver professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity
