Job Title: Marketing Intern Location: Irvine, CA / hybrid Schedule: Minimum 30 hours per week and minimum 8-week commitment Compensation: Starting at $24 per hour (based on experience) Overview: Pathway is seeking a marketing intern to support its growing marketing operations team. The team is responsible for communicating Pathway and its solutions to institutional investors and consultants in the private markets, as well as providing client service support. Pathway is a leading private market fund solutions provider, with a team of ~ 250 individuals globally and more than $90 billion in assets under management. Key Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating content that highlights Pathway's strengths and capabilities as a private market investment specialist. Help maintain standard marketing materials and produce presentations, data packages, and other marketing materials for consultants, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in the client services process. Assist in populating industry databases and company profiles. Collaborate with different departments on additional ad-hoc marketing projects. Liaise on marketing and sales projects with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Qualifications:Preference for junior or senior in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong academic record. Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
