Better investing for a better world Pasago is a boutique private equity firm specializing in acquiring, optimizing, and selling small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) on 4-to-5 year time horizons. Its investments vary from manufacturing businesses to nature resorts, but its criteria remain the same: there must be room for optimization through the introduction of innovative technologies or processes.
- *Position Information**:
You’ll be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns for our products and services. An important position that is front facing in the marketing strategy.
We are small and tight team; so you will be expected to be involved at all levels, adding your voice, driving change and progress to the entire company.

- *Job Functions**:
- Manage all social media properties (Instagram & Tiktok) including daily monitoring, posting, answering customer inquiries, content development, and contests/promotions
- Record videos and take pictures
- Edit video and pictures
- Create social media copy text and descriptions
- Plan and post video, pictures and text on social media
- Research trends and keep up to dates on what's new and working on social media today.
- Visit the parks and properties in Ontario to take pictures and videos content.
- Press release, blog articles, newsletter and web content creation, and distribution for products and services (under supervision, manage a team of freelance writers)
- Design and create presentations, flyers, brochures, banners, making edits to websites via CMS maintaining a consistent look and feel for all material produced
- Use social media and search engine marketing - SEM - as tools, helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
- Represent the brand in a respectful and friendly manner on all social media platforms
- Assist with affiliate marketing activities and referral programs
- Maintains marketing library
- Create seasonal marketing campaigns (brainstorming new campaign ideas and analyzing data)
- Perform additional duties, as required
- *Essential Capabilities**:
- Enjoy creating content and interacting with customers
- Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics
- Basic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, vectored illustration)
- Experience shooting and editing product photos for social media
- Excellent written skills
- Creative mind
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Well-developed and current computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite with fast, accurate keyboarding skills, knowledge of photoshop is preferred
- Detail-oriented
- High sense of urgency; team player; Adaptive and flexible
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- *Required Education**:
- High school diploma
- College diploma (or in progress)
- *Required experience**:
- 1 year of hands-on marketing experience

- London, ON - office
- Must visit properties around Ontario.
