The Job!
As the Head, Marketing & Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing an integrated marketing and communications strategy that strengthens brand reputation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational impact. You will lead a high-performing team across marketing, communications, and creative functions—ensuring all initiatives are grounded in data-driven insights, and fiscal accountability.
· Develop and implement multi-year marketing and communications plans aligned with organizational priorities and business goals.
· Champion a performance model rooted in data analysis, reporting and metrics, ensuring accountability and measurable ROI across all campaigns.
· Oversee brand management, marketing operations, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels.
· Lead corporate communications, crisis management, and public affairs, ensuring organizational integrity and brand consistency.
· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and fiscal responsibility.
· Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the Board on marketing trends, audience insights, and reputational risks.
· Strengthen media and partner relationships, ensuring the organization maintains a strong and trusted public presence.
· Build and mentor a collaborative, high-performing team, driving innovation, professional growth, and cross-functional alignment.
What you bring to the job
You are a strategic and creative communicator with a deep understanding of integrated marketing and stakeholder engagement. You combine vision with execution and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
· 8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with 5+ years at a senior leadership level
· Experience leading complex marketing portfolios targeted to B2B and B2C audiences
· Hands-on expertise in digital transformation, CRM systems, automation, and analytics
· Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and KPI-driven decision-making
· Proven success in crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and issues and change management
· Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to a diverse group of stakeholders
· Collaborative leadership style, capable of inspiring, developing, and empowering diverse teams

Expected Compensation: CAD $170,000 – $190,000 base.
