We are looking for an experienced & passionate Manager, E-commerce to support the execution and management of global e-commerce/direct-to-consumer strategy for Olympic & Paralympic Hospitality packages for Milan Cortina 2026 and LA28. This role focuses on driving online revenue, understanding the profile and motivations of online buyers, and improving the user experience on the e-commerce platform. The Manager, E-Commerce will work closely with teams such as Product, Ticketing, Marketing, Guest Services, and Technology to optimize the e-commerce platform and drive consumer engagement. This role reports to the Director, Digital Marketing. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Assist in implementing e-commerce strategies aligned with the objectives of event business lines. Provide input to leadership on trends, market insights, and opportunities for growth. Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives. Support team members by providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. E-Commerce Operations. Monitor and enhance the user journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Ensure the e-commerce platform is functional, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience. Hands-on experience in CMS; comfortable with implementing site content updates and front-end optimizations. Collaborate with technical and product teams to ideate and implement conversion-driving site enhancements and best-in-class user experiences. Marketing and Promotion Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Support the execution of promotional strategies to highlight event-specific offerings. Revenue and Performance Track sales performance and provide recommendations to achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through the platform. Analytics and Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track the success of e-commerce efforts. Provide insights based on data analysis to inform future strategies and campaigns. Assist in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry. Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and emerging trends. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Appreciation of popular culture and an understanding of consumer interests across key passion points, such as sports, culture, art, fashion, music, and entertainment. #LI-MG1 Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
