[Remote] Director, CRM Salesforce

The Director of CRM Salesforce will lead the Salesforce ecosystem, defining the roadmap and driving innovation to connect with customers across various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the long-term Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Own architecture, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce clouds
• Drive adoption through change management and governance
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and billing systems
• Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation

Skills

• Significant experience of using Salesforce
• Experience in a leadership role
• Proven success in enterprise-scale implementations
• Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence at executive level
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin/App Builder preferred)
