E-commerce Associate

**Job Title: E-Commerce Sales & Fulfillment Associate**

• Location: North Bay, ON
• Employment Type: Part-time

• Computer literacy required
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.) preferred
• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Strong communication skills preferred
• Professional/casual dressing required (clean and presentable)
• *Duties & Responsibilities**
• Photograph and catalog products for online listings
• Create and manage product listings on various online sales channels
• Pack and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
• Assist with e-commerce operations for North Bay Stamp & Coin and its subsidiary companies
• Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same
