We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, generating quality leads, and implementing marketing automation strategies. Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Media Buying & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.

Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments.

Lead Generation

Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and tracking.

Marketing Automation

Design and manage automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement.

Analyze automation performance and refine processes for efficiency.

GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform (Bonus)

Leverage GHL for CRM management, funnel building, and automation tasks.

Create and manage pipelines, campaigns, and triggers within GHL.

Integrate GHL with other tools and platforms as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in media buying with a track record of successful campaigns.

Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
