Senior Marketing Director – Community Outreach & Patient Growth

Mission: Own the community. Own the content. Own the results. Your #1 job is to drive qualified new patients into the office every week by building an unstoppable content engine, forging strategic local partnerships, and establishing our brand as the dominant authority in the health space—online and in the real world. Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation & Distribution • Design and execute a content calendar with daily/weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google. • Create compelling short-form video, photo, and written content that educates, entertains, and converts. • Leverage testimonials, community events, patient stories, and behind-the-scenes content to drive trust and local authority. 2. Community-Based Lead Generation • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and B2B gatherings to build high-value relationships. • Develop partnerships that lead to: • Health talks in businesses, schools, gyms, churches, and community centers • Corporate wellness programs and lunch & learns • Local screening events and activations • Secure at least 3 events per month with measurable lead generation and follow-up tracking. 3. Marketing Event Execution • Identify and attend local health fairs, expos, community markets, and other traffic-dense events. • Manage event setup, lead capture systems, and follow-up pipelines to maximize conversions. • Track event ROI by leads and converted new patients from each event. 4. Marketing Team Development • Within 6–12 months, recruit and train a street team of brand ambassadors, content producers, and event reps. • Build clear SOPs, KPIs, and tracking systems to duplicate outreach across the city. • Lead weekly meetings to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance metrics are being hit. Key Metric for Success: You are judged by one primary KPI: The number of new patients generated directly from your marketing efforts. Required Skillset: • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach with ROI-based results • Highly organized, creative, and driven by numbers and deadlines • Confident on camera and in-person; comfortable selling the brand in public • Experience managing social media platforms and marketing tools • Track record of turning strangers into leads, and leads into loyal customers Compensation: • Competitive base + performance-based bonuses tied to new patient volume • Event budgets and tech tools to support execution • Access to leadership development and business strategy coaching • Clear path to VP of Marketing / CMO as results scale This Role is NOT For You If: • You’re looking to “manage” instead of drive results • You need constant supervision to take initiative • You can’t quantify your impact in terms of real growth This Role IS For You If: • You want to own your zone, lead a team, and build something that dominates locally • You love the thrill of building partnerships, creating viral content, and making things happen • You’re a producer, not just a promoter Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Experience: • Marketing Director: 2 years (Preferred) Language: • Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Miami, FL 33177 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
