We’re seeking a relationship-focused, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager who blends agency account management with growth execution .

This role works closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing , to support digital strategies across local markets by:

  • Attending partner meetings
  • Clarifying needs and goals
  • Translating partner insights into clear action plans
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration and execution across teams

You’ll lead growth experimentation and performance optimization while acting as a key communication bridge between branch partners and the internal digital, creative, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities: Partner Communication & Account Management

  • Attend weekly/monthly Partner Operations meetings alongside the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to understand branch goals, market conditions, and operational needs.
  • Serve as the primary intake lead for growth-related requests, gathering key details and translating them into actionable creative briefs and project assignments in ClickUp project management software.
  • Maintain proactive communication with branch partners, ensuring clarity on timelines, expectations, deliverables, and performance results.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, helping ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives and executed flawlessly.
  • Manage follow-ups, next steps, and accountability to keep marketing initiatives moving forward.

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Support and execute digital strategies that drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention across 40+ markets.
  • Own growth experimentation through structured A/B testing, offer testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing and external vendors to optimize paid media campaigns and uncover new performance opportunities.

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance across channels and markets, identifying trends and opportunities for improved efficiency and ROI.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for partners and internal stakeholders, distilling complex data into simple, strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to ensure measurement accuracy and insightful dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Creative Marketing to develop high-performing ad assets, landing pages, emails, and campaign components.
  • Work with the Analytics and Ops teams to support local market needs, share insights, and ensure alignment on customer acquisition goals.
  • Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Web teams to bring integrated marketing strategies to life.

Lifecycle & Retention Marketing

  • Support the planning and optimization of automated email/SMS journeys for onboarding, renewals, upsells, and re-engagement.
  • Provide partner-specific recommendations for improving customer retention and lifetime value.

Website, CRO & SEO Support

  • Assist with website updates, landing page builds, and conversion improvements based on market insights and performance data.
  • Partner with SEO specialists to support content updates, location page enhancements, and local visibility improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or agency account management (ideal candidates have experience in both).
  • Strong client-facing skills with experience attending client meetings, running discovery conversations, and managing expectations.
  • Proven ability to translate client needs into clear execution plans, briefs, and timelines.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, or multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting multi-location or home services brands.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Cinch, Looker, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building playbooks, intake workflows, or partner-facing documentation.
