Associate Director, Marketing USA (Santa Monica)

We are seeking an Associate Director, Marketing - USA to join our Los Angeles team.
The Associate Director, Marketing - USA, sits within the Campaigns team and is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a tailored, year-round marketing strategy and plan aligned with the US country strategy.
You will develop and implement a local marketing strategy for the market, in line withMovember 's strategic priorities and Campaign calendar, with key outputs including:
B2B:Build and execute the US go-to-market strategy, engaging corporates, key communities, and funding partners.
B2C:Execute year-round marketing efforts for theMovembercommunity, driving awareness in the US through media partners, talent, and PR.
You will also be accountable for local marketing campaigns and activations, with the highlight being the annualMovembercampaign in November.
Requirements for this role include
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
Strong experience in the US market with successful, holistic marketing practices, including multi-channel campaign development, execution, and evaluation.
Deep B2C and B2B marketing expertise.
Experience working with a global brand at a local level, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix, from strategy to execution, across B2C and B2B.
Strong commercial acumen.
Data-driven decision making using analytics to optimize media effectiveness.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
Experience managing and mentoring teams for high performance.
