Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Paid Search Lead on large accounts, delivering strategy and hands-on optimizations with the Paid Search team.
  • Own Paid Search strategy for multiple accounts and present performance and tactical priorities to client stakeholders, using storytelling to simplify complex strategies.
  • Partner with cross-channel leads to create holistic media plans, including forecasting, budgets, testing, tactical plans, and reporting.
  • Define client Paid Search roles, delegate work, and manage pacing to meet spend targets.
  • Drive innovation and testing to improve performance and develop quarterly or annual roadmaps.
  • Manage or mentor team members (Account Managers to Associate Directors), deliver feedback, and guide client relationships.
  • Attend in-person team meetings and client presentations 1–2 times per quarter.
  • Collaborate with Google, Bing, and other vendors on strategy, goals, testing, and account health.
  • Contribute to department trainings, POVs, award submissions, and case studies.
  • Participate in new business pitches and conduct audits across the Google ecosystem.

Client & Revenue Oversight

  • Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals.
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other client communications for top Google advertising accounts.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of clients' products, industry, marketing goals, and objectives.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs.
