Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ads Specialist to oversee and optimise Google, Pinterest and Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns. This role involves creating, managing, and fine-tuning campaigns to maximise ROI, collaborating with creative teams, and staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and create engaging ad copy.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance for maximum ROI.
• Implement A/B testing and update strategies based on performance metrics.
• Manage ad budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated limits.
• Collaborate with teams to align and create overall marketing strategy.
• Stay current with industry trends and platform updates.
• Regularly communicate performance insights and strategies with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager with digital marketing company.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Budget management and optimisation experience.
• Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
