Leadership and Marketing Expert

_**Executive Role**_ - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB - Attend to all the day-to-day BUSINESS needs in the office.

Leadership and business role for a min of 3 years. You need to have a reliable vehicle. Comprehend and have strong knowledge of how to run a business effectively, lead a team effectively and have strong marketing and Public Relations experience. Advanced knowledge on Microsoft products, and you are exceptionally organized.

It’s a plus if you have Home Care industry Experience

• **Qualifications**:_

Your experiences are: Leadership, Marketing (Social Media, One-on-One, etc), PR, and Management, and you are exceptionally organized.

Your have a natural ability to lead and motivate your team - Excellent memory recall and training abilities - conducting regular team meetings - professional phone etiquette - strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents - Great ability to multi-tasks and prioritize effectively without stress

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must have managed a team of over 50 people and can handle any situation with a professional, effective and kind approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and typing.
