About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development & Growth Associate to help introduce our services to local business owners and build trust-based client relationships.

This is a self-directed, commission-only role ideal for someone who values autonomy, ownership, and performance-based rewards. You will be responsible for sourcing your own opportunities within a dedicated territory and helping convert aligned prospects into long-term clients.

In the early stages, our team will assist with closing. Over time, you’ll be expected to confidently manage the full sales cycle independently.

Compensation (Uncapped)

  • 100% commission on the first month’s revenue for each new paying client
  • 10% ongoing commission on recurring monthly revenue from retained clients
  • Typical client retainers range from $650 to $2,000+ per month
  • No income cap

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage local business owners within your assigned territory
  • Self-source leads through outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Use provided marketing and sales materials to support conversations
  • Clearly explain services in simple, non-technical language
  • Build long-term, trust-based client relationships
  • Book and/or close sales conversations
  • Track outreach and signed clients accurately

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a relationship-first approach
  • Sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
