Performance Marketing Strategist 100% Remote We're seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead our creative strategy with a focus on developing high-converting video and static content for paid social channels (Meta primarily). This role sits at the critical intersection of creative and performance marketing, directly impacting our customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a data-driven creative strategy that measurably improves ROAS across all paid social platforms Lead the conceptualization, production, and optimization of performance-focused video and static creative assets Build and manage a team of content creators, videographers, and designers Establish systematic creative testing frameworks to continually improve performance Analyze creative performance metrics to identify winning patterns and audience insights Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creative with campaign objectives Stay current on social platform best practices and creative trends that drive engagement Own the creative production calendar to ensure timely delivery for campaign launches Requirements 5+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC or eCommerce brands Proven track record of developing creative that drives measurable ROAS improvement Deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) and their creative requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating successful performance-driven creative work Experience managing creative teams and external production partners Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into creative direction Knowledge of beauty/skincare industry preferred Experience with creative testing methodologies and optimization techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills Comp: Base + bonus comp to equate to $130 - $150k range Strong benefits; unlimited vacation policy, matching 401k, free product, paid benefits
