The LinkedIn Event Strategy team is seeking an Events Strategist who will act as a connective partner between Strategic Growth, Sales, and the cross‑functional Events organization. You will ensure the smooth execution of LinkedIn Live programs—owning operational rigor, guiding pre‑ to post‑launch workflows, and translating sales objectives into high‑impact experiences.
The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, and thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. From relationship management to campaign coordination, Live programs can be complex. We're looking for a candidate who is a communicator, problem-solver, and operational manager that can manage multiple stakeholders and keep these live programs running smoothly from strategic planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key partner to Strategic Growth leads and Sales teams, ensuring seamless planning and execution of LinkedIn Live campaigns
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign workflows including setup, QA, launch readiness, escalations, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with services, technical operations, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain high quality bars
  • Partner with Sales to shape media plans, interpret performance trends, and deliver clear insights tied to client objectives
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies for new Events offerings and cross‑functional initiatives
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, workflows, and best practices
  • Consolidate program insights into strategic recommendations to inform long‑term Events Growth planning
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and helping adopt AI‑driven process enhancements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Media or Advertising in a program management, client account management, or Sales capacity
  • 4+ years of experience in event strategy, digital event activation, and/or digital event ecosystems
  • 4+ years of experience presenting and pitching strategies and ideas to senior-level marketers and executives, including CMOs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or managing digital event programs (webinars, livestreams, virtual activations)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales teams and communicate recommendations to marketers or enterprise clients
  • Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and maintain operational precision
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into clear next steps
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional groups
  • Familiarity with media planning, campaign operations, or performance optimization workflows
  • Experience with B2B marketers, enterprise clients, or large‑scale digital event ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn's Events ecosystem, Live products, or social/digital advertising platforms
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without authority and guide them through strategic decisions
  • Experience synthesizing insights to inform long‑term strategy or product feedback loops
  • Proficiency using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Comfort managing escalations and ensuring high quality bars for client‑facing deliverables
