As Director, Business Development for International Broadband Communication Systems, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our international business. You will develop and implement business strategies that drive profitable growth in international markets and secure new business opportunities through exceptional service and innovative systems, products, and support offerings.
- *Essential Functions:**
- Develop and implement a business strategy to drive profitable growth in international markets.
- Drive the development of existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
- Establish and manage relationships with dealers and strategic partners to maximize growth opportunities.
- Understand the U.S. Foreign Military Sales process and access/leverage U.S. Foreign Military Funding channels.
- Provide vision and leadership to international channel sales team members for BCS growth.
- Recruit and retain key personnel to resource the requirements of the business plan.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in marketing, sales, and business development with military customers preferred.
- Experience writing successful proposals to military customers preferred.
