We're a performance-focused business looking for a hands-on, performance-focused Marketing Manager/Specialist. You will own the marketing funnel and work directly with our founder to plan strategy, then execute rapidly, independently, and effectively.

• Campaign Execution: Launching and testing paid offers to generate leads quickly.
• Funnel Development: Building simple funnels that convert leads into hiring clients.
• Content Repurposing: Turning our Hiring Playbook into high-converting micro-guides and short-form offers.
• Asset Creation: Spinning up landing pages and email sequences in days, not weeks.
• Email Marketing: Writing and managing high-performing email campaigns.
• Partnerships: Running and tracking newsletter sponsorships and partnership campaigns.
• Analysis & Optimization: Tracking metrics, spotting what's working, and fixing what's not.

Your success will be measured by driving leads generated per campaign/channel, email open, click, and conversion rates, and number of high-quality referrals and repeat client sales each month.
