Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

TYPE

Full-time, hourly 35-40-hours per week M-F, occasional weekends

Location: In-person, Wenatchee, WA (non-remote/non-hybrid)

Located in the heart of Washington State, JBe Marketing Group main office is in historic and quaint downtown Wenatchee near Mission Ridge Ski Resort and surrounded by the Cascades Mountains.

The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll create engaging content that drives results for our brand and clients while embodying our core values of #alwaysmarketing and striving for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and publish daily content across multiple social media platforms and email communications

· Design eye-catching graphics and produce weekly Reels for Instagram and Facebook

· [AE1] Manage client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) and develop/edit YouTube videos

· Collaborate with designers, marketers, and communications team members to maximize marketing strategies for clients and the JBe brand

· Handle administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail and maintain organized office systems in a friendly and cheerful manner

· Support business development efforts through database management and client communication

· Prospect and follow-up with potential clients for new and on-going business

· Manage and set up vendor spaces as needed

· Track, manage, and report on metrics and analytics

What You Will Do

· 75% Marketing and Social Media

· 15% Business Development

· 10% Administrative Duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

· College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphics, Business or related field or equivalent experience

· 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or media experience

· Deep understanding of social media platforms and how to achieve engagement objectives

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Proven proficiency in Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms;

· Strong organizational abilities with extreme attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects and rapidly shifting tasks

· Physical ability to set up backdrops, carry equipment, and manage vendor spaces

· Genuine passion for promoting the JBe Marketing brand, our clients and INSPIRE Northwest™ event(s).

· Team-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor

· Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to client success and the region

A Plus

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Skilled in Video editing, camera work to create images, .gifs, and video assets

· Enjoy connecting on social media and embracing new AI tools

· Skilled in Tik Tok, YouTube video, Google

Compensation: Hourly + Benefits + Bonuses
