About the Role

We are hiring a marketing-focused Executive Assistant Intern to work directly with a CEO who operates a global AI venture portfolio and has recently launched a HealthTech company.

The CEO has over 400,000 followers across social media, runs multiple companies, and operates internationally with offices and teams across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

This is a paid, high-exposure internship designed for someone who wants real responsibility, not busywork. You will gain firsthand experience supporting a globally active CEO while helping scale companies and a personal brand in the AI space.

What You’ll DoExecutive Support (CEO-Facing)

Act as a right-hand assistant to the CEO
Manage scheduling, priorities, and follow-ups across multiple companies and time zones
Prepare briefs, summaries, and action items
Help organize initiatives across AI and HealthTech ventures

Marketing & Growth (Primary Focus)

Support marketing strategy and execution across the CEO’s portfolio companies
Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and newsletters
Coordinate marketing campaigns, launches, and growth experiments
Conduct market, competitor, and trend research
Help refine brand positioning and messaging

CEO Personal Brand (AI & Innovation)

Assist in scaling the CEO’s personal brand in AI and innovation
Help ideate content pillars, thought leadership themes, and post formats
Support video, written, and social content creation
Track engagement metrics and suggest optimizations

AI, HealthTech & Systems

Use AI tools to streamline marketing and operational workflows
Help document ideas, experiments, and early product concepts
Assist with tools like Notion, HubSpot, CRMs, and scheduling platforms
Improve internal systems to increase speed and clarity

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
Strong interest in AI, startups, health, and technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments
Curious, coachable, and resourceful

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience with content creation or social media management
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, Notion AI, etc.)
Understanding of branding, growth strategy, or marketing funnels
Prior startup, agency, or founder-led experience

Hourly Rate: $18–$20/hour
Hours: 20–40 hours per week
Duration: 3–6 months
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid or In-Person Preferred)
Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role
