We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support sales growth, lead-generation efforts, and global marketing communications.

Position Summary

The Global Sales & Marketing Coordinator drives lead generation, conducts follow-ups, and supports global sales activities. The role also manages marketing communications across LinkedIn and the company website, maintaining strong brand visibility and engagement.

This position is also responsible for trade show preparation and booth coordination, with minimal supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Development

  • Identify and research prospective customers across global markets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status updates, and next steps.
  • Prepare lead activity reports and pipeline updates for management.

Marketing & Digital Communications

  • Create and publish marketing content on LinkedIn to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Maintain and update the company website, including news postings, product information, and event updates.
  • Assist with newsletters, product announcements, and promotional communications.
  • Support digital content creation such as visuals, graphics, and campaign materials.
  • Review analytics to improve communications strategy and content performance.

Trade Show Coordination & Booth Management

  • Coordinate registration and logistics for trade shows and industry events.
  • Prepare and manage booth materials, displays, collateral, and promotional items.
  • Support pre-show and post-show communications and lead follow-up.
  • Ensure booth setup, branding, and materials are organized and ready for on-site teams.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to product and order-related questions.

Administrative & Organizational Duties

  • Maintain digital files, customer data, and marketing assets.
  • Support internal process improvements and documentation updates.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the sales and marketing departments.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales coordination, marketing communications, or event support.
  • Experience with LinkedIn content management and website CMS platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting trade shows is an asset.
  • B2B or international experience is beneficial; life sciences experience is helpful but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Native proficiency in English required.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to craft professional marketing content.
  • Confident communicator for outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and CMS experience is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days per week mandatory on-site in our office located in Delta, BC.
  • Standard workweek of 37.5 hours.
  • The role requires up to 25% international travel as per company requirements.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • All employment practices follow BC employment standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Commission eligibility: This role is eligible to earn commissions in accordance with prevailing company policy.
