Customer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and technical Lifecycle Marketer to join our marketing team.

The pay range for this role is $55k-85k and will depend on how closely your experience and qualifications match with what we're looking for. This is a remote friendly role.

You’ll report into our Head of Growth, working with a cross functional team of designers, developers, marketers and medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
Manage our SMS platform and implement lifecycle campaigns for retention and engagement goals.

Technical Requirements

Strong writing and design skills
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
