- **Job Description**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will orchestrate the digital marketing strategy and tactics for Intelcom and Dragonflyshipping's online experience. Specifically, you will oversee our public websites and consumer notification platform; from maintaining smooth operations to developing new features and content creation to generating lead performance. In short, you'll be a key player in the digital transformation of a Montreal-based company that operates across Canada and Australia.
- *Responsibilities**:
Management
- Recruit and supervise a team of 2 (Webmaster and CRM Marketer).
Websites
- Work with product development, IT and R&D teams to create, maintain and improve web functionality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and manage digital marketing strategies, campaigns and web content for our sites.
Notifications
- Guide the continuous improvement of our consumer notifications to improve service performance.
- Implement a new SMS notification solution tailored to our needs.
Advertisement
- Develop digital advertisement strategy for sales, contractors and talent recruitment (possibility to work with external partners).
Analytics
- Monitor and optimize traffic sources and goal achievement using Google Analytics.
Qualifications
- University degree in marketing or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in the digital marketing sector (website management, digital advertising, digital project management, performance marketing).
- Excellent operational experience with a CMS (Craft CMS an asset).
- Understanding of Html and CSS basics and of development, staging and production environments.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of SEO, UI/UX basics for web and mobile.
- Excellent understanding of marketing, CMS-based website content management and digital advertising.
- Attention to detail, team spirit, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, results-oriented and proactive.
- Experience of working cross-functionally with stakeholders from different hierarchical levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate in English and French (oral and written).
