Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description

Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for strategic execution and management of various consumer digital initiatives and technology to enhance convenience, strengthen the Huck's brand, and maximize sales. They will also support marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, store merchandising, social media management, event organization, content creation, and data analysis.

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring the company loyalty program.
• Store Merchandising.
• Manage various social media accounts through creation of content, synthesizing analytics, creation of strategy, and marketing plans.
• Organize loyalty and customer appreciation events.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing initiatives such as field training of new programs.
• Analyze all measurable trends and statistics from our various consumer digital platforms to evaluate successes, address opportunities, and continually improve execution. Regularly report on findings.
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media and company websites.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED. An Associate's and/or bachelor's degrees in marketing-related fields are preferred but not required.
• Must have an acceptable criminal background check, pass a drug test, and company assessment.
• Be able to read, understand, and write the English language at the high school graduate level with extensive proofreading skills.
• Be able to perform arithmetical calculations at the high school graduate level to complete reports.
• Have sufficient visual acuity to read documents and process information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be proficient in operating a computer.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds in order to assist in a task if necessary.
• Be able to react to a fire by lifting a fire extinguisher weighing 10 pounds and moving it to the fire area.
• Be able to speak and understand English, including the ability to hear the spoken word.
