HOTWORX Studio in Morris County, NJ, is looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Associate to help take our studio to new heights!

Sales Focus: Implement creative strategies to increase memberships, train Sales Associates, and build relationships with local businesses.
Studio Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly, stays clean, and provides a welcoming atmosphere.
Community Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and apartment complexes to generate leads.
Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to promote the studio and elevate its visibility in the community.
Customer Service: Ensure top-notch service and experience for all members.

Base pay of $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission and bonuses.
