In this role, you will lead digital marketing strategy to align brand messaging with paid media, eCommerce content, and consumer experience across digital touchpoints. You will work closely with brand, media, and eCommerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong ROI. Your mandate includes translating brand vision into data-driven digital programs and optimizing campaigns for performance and brand impact. This is a cross-functional, strategic leadership role that shapes how Hormel audiences engage with iconic brands at scale.

Compensation / Benefits

  • Translate brand vision into actionable digital media and eCommerce strategies
  • Collaborate with media, content, and eCommerce teams to design campaigns that drive conversion
  • Maintain consistency of creative assets and messaging across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Serve as the liaison between brand, digital media, and eCommerce teams to align goals, timelines, and KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data to identify improvement opportunities and ROI opportunities

Tasks

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or media management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Proactive with demonstrated initiative and ownership of projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
