Company: Highmark Health Job Description: JOB SUMMARY The Lead Digital Content Producer plays a pivotal and hands-on role in creating, publishing, and enhancing engaging digital content across Highmark's various platforms. This position is focused on crafting effective digital content strategies that not only attract new consumers but also engage and retain existing members and patients. Utilizing a deep understanding of content management systems and digital experience platforms, you will manage publication schedules, coordinate multiple workflows, and oversee projects, ensuring the timely and impactful delivery of content across web, email, mobile, SMS, and other digital channels. A strong focus on measurement, analytics, and optimization is required to ensure that digital experiences meet and exceed business objectives. In collaboration with teams such as User Experience (UX), Digital Strategy, Digital Media, Performance Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Reporting, Campaign Management, and Development, the Lead Digital Content Producer will oversee the creation of Microsites, Websites, Web Applications, Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems, and Email Marketing programs. You will play a critical role in translating business goals into measurable outcomes, enhancing digital storytelling, and ensuring that Highmark's online digital presence is compelling, cohesive, and aligned with brand and experience objectives. As an essential member of the content strategy team, this position supports content consistency, publication standards, and development across various business lines and technologies. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, possesses exceptional critical thinking and communication skills, and demonstrates strong project management abilities to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to deadlines. This role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Work with internal and external teams to develop, implement, oversee, and report on content delivery platforms, including managing publishing schedules, governance, and collaborating with the development team on new features. Oversee day-to-day content uploads and publishing across various digital properties, collaborating with partners in Marketing Strategy, Digital Strategy, UX/UI, and other content stakeholders. Maintain a publishing schedule for diverse platforms using content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress, or other web technologies. Assist internal clients in adopting digital tools for content management and publication schedules; aid users in understanding their roles and privileges. Collaborate with the development team on current product updates and future feature development across web and email platforms. Build and maintain web pages, landing pages, and microsites using various technologies and platforms to ensure timely content delivery. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, or Marketing. Substitutions 6 years of related experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in English. EXPERIENCE Required 5 - 7 years in Marketing Production. To Include 3 - 5 years working with Cross-Functional Project Teams. Preferred 5 - 7 years of digital content development in Communications or Journalism. 1 - 3 years of experience with Project Management Tools, applying Agile principles and methodology. Adobe Workfront experience. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Professional experience utilizing technology, tools, and AI in a Marketing function.
