Harvard Resource Solutions is hiring a

MARKETING AND DIGITAL BRAND LEADER

to work in Midland, MI. You will support the Director of Sales in Marketing in content driven initiatives that amplify the brand, increase audience engagement, and generate measurable impact. This includes research, strategy development, and execution activities.

POSITION TYPE

: Full time. Direct hire. Onsite.

PAY

$75,000 to $90,000 annually based on education level and years of relevant experience. PTO and benefits package are provided along with potential for bonus. Max of 5-10% travel required for annual seminars and/or training.

Requirements of the Marketing and Digitals Brand Leader:

  • Bachelor's degree

and

a minimum of five years of experience implementing marketing and branding campaigns required.

  • Minimum three years of experience in the manufacturing industry required. Ability to learn and comprehend highly technical information.
  • Knowledgeable in principles, strategies, and methodologies associated with digital platforms, marketing, and communications.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, ability to analyze demographics, behavior, and preferences for target customers.
  • Strong technical skills with tools such as WordPress ( Or other content management system (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Console, Meta Audience Insights, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM, etc.
  • Strong Technical Writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels.

Duties of the Marketing and Brand Leader

  • Gain and maintain a technical understanding of current company offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend and translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling digital content.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing in planning, organizing,

developing, and executing

integrated marketing campaigns

across content, social media, and digital channels.

  • Collaborate and develop strategic objectives and goals to be carried out that will assist in increasing revenue for the organization.
  • Support trade show activities such as researching relevant shows and developing materials and campaigns to support the events.
  • Support client training activities with materials.
  • Research digital marketing of competitors.
  • Identify opportunities in paid media, SEO, content, and social performance. Evaluate which channels are driving the best ROI. Track industry and marketing trends. Recommend adjustments based on results.
  • Create product focused assets such as landing pages, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, launch, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Implement campaign measurement plans and optimize based on performance.
  • Ensure website supports marketing goals such as lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, etc. and ensure it ties in with other marketing materials.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track traffic, bounce rates, conversion paths, and SEO performance.
  • Guide content updates (blog, resource library, product/services pages).
  • Clearly present ideas, updates, and collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Coordinate with Sales, Product and Design teams to ensure messaging and timing are aligned.
