Our Edmonton Ecommerce Office is looking for the right individual to fill the key role of Full or Part Time Online Fulfillment Specialist. The Online Fulfillment Specialist is accountable for facilitating online sales quickly and accurately with a high standard of attention to detail. They are responsible for efficient order processing, organization of in store pickups and consolidation of online orders between locations. They ensure open and clear communication with the online sales team to continuously streamline the fulfillment process to exceed client expectations. When needed, they provided customer service support to the Online Service Team.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • Facilitate order fulfillment through the Edmonton locations
  • Generate packing lists, waybills, and package orders to company standards
  • Follow up on all web pull requests in a timely manner
  • Log all order updates on Ecommerce Order Smartsheet
  • Arrange, organize, log, and monitor in store pickups
  • Regularly follow up with other locations about outstanding orders
  • Help Edmonton stores with organizing and monitoring in store pickups
  • Communicate and problem solve with other locations in an open and prompt manner
  • Ensure packing and processing supplies are stocked and ordered as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • During downtime, assist with product uploads as directed by the Ecommerce Merchandiser
  • Other duties to support the Online Service Team as required
  • 1 years + of experience in a relatable field such as order fulfillment or shipping/receiving
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Smartsheets is an asset
  • Experience with Shopify and Shipstation is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and provide written updates on workflow
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring a high quality of work is completed on time
  • Excellent numerate and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
