GEOX, the shoe that breathes, is always on the lookout for talented, ambitious, motivated, and dynamic individuals to become part of our team: **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** EOX Website - Define the local content calendar with website’s update plan and product publication progress - Develop and implement E-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance - Stay up to date on new trends and technologies in order to improve website performances and support planning activities - Define technical and functional improvements to the UX of GEOX website - Guarantee a local outstanding online user experience implementing general guidelines through an effective and proactive collaboration with the E-commerce HQ team Wholesale Channel - Support Key Account Managers with all wholesale E-Commerce accounts - Manage all required support materials (product templates and descriptions, inventory feeds, etc." - Manage all vendor platforms, and all self-service aspects of the E-Commerce business - Manage new item setup, inventory and sell through analysis for all E-Commerce partners - Monitor and provide analytic reports of online sales - Assortment planning and inventory management - ** Amazon/HBC Drop Shipment** - Manage the day to day account needs which includes “product catalog, copy templates for dropshop, marketing efforts and sales analytics. - Key contact for Amazon buyers - Coordinate with both Customer Service and Credit on any disputes and compliance charges - Report to Head of Wholesale for product selection, sales reporting, compliance and chargeback reporting, marketing and overall account health - Gate keeper and supplier of digital assets to ensure they are appropriate for each account - Supplier web content management to ensure synchronized messaging (Browns, Panda, Altitude Sports, etc.) - Collaborate with the CRM team to support performances and growth of the local loyalty program ShopGeox.ca - Oversight of the ShopGeox.ca website, acting as a liaison between our external service providers, national retail management, and global E-Commerce executives - Manage ShopGeox.ca site and maintain the online business plan - Oversee all Canadian web design, online content, market research and strategic marketing activities for owned and 3rd party platforms - Oversee all content and imagery for owned and 3rd party platforms - Work together with Retail Manager, finance and HQ to ensure all KPI’s are being met - Support the needs of the Canadian site - Provide analytic reports of online sales for owned and 3rd party platforms - Perform optimization activities - Assortment planning and inventory management for owned and 3rd party platforms - Identify and propose improvement tools to maximize efficiency **Education**: College degree in related field or equivalent education and experience **Previous Experience**: 5+ years e-commerce commercial experience required **Required Skills**: - Solid understanding of E-commerce sales - Strong communication, training & presentation skills; capable of clearly presenting analysis and rationale to other team members. Ability to clearly communicate with people at all levels of the business - Solid interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to be a team player; acts in an appropriate and professional manner - Knowledgeable with business KPIs; understands key retail performance metrics, and can connect results to visual decisions and personal work tasks - Internet savvy professional with the ability to think strategically and act tactically - Demonstrated history of successful project ownership - Ability to troubleshoot/prioritize strategic business opportunities - Passion for understanding/ improving processes and the goal of creating the most effective consumer experiences **HOW TO APPLY**: fagW7tN5Sh
