Junior Marketing and Sales Associate

Garden State AGNC Inc., is hiring motivated, career-focused individuals eager to start or grow their careers in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity based in Piscataway, NJ where you’ll work in person with customers at retail locations representing leading brands.

As a Junior Marketing and Sales Associate, you would be responsible for providing retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience to improve the profitability of our clients and retail partners.

Position Responsibilities

• Communicate well with customers in an on-site, retail setting
• Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability

Requirements

• Interact with customers in retail locations to promote and sell products
• Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies
• Set up and maintain branded displays and promotional materials
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
