Position Summary

The Entry-Level Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Marketing team with the execution of engaging digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, streaming services, and websites. This position focuses on attention to detail and hands-on involvement, aiding with scheduling, content management, reporting, and other administrative tasks. We are looking for a passionate digital native who has a keen interest in music marketing and is excited to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content on social media platforms.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by preparing relevant assets, tracking deliverables, and managing calendars.
  • Compile and analyze performance reports for digital campaigns, social media content, and streaming efforts.
  • Help maintain artist websites, e-commerce avenues, and email newsletters.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and digital partners to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Keep abreast of digital and social trends to inform campaign strategies and provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Assist the Senior Director of Marketing and wider marketing team with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries to maintain accurate campaign records.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience through internships or entry-level roles in marketing, social media, or related fields (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of streaming services (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Studio).
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital design tools (experience in Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
  • A genuine passion for music and digital culture.

Compensation details: $26.44 - $31.25 Hourly Wage
