We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Platform Manager & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in managing online selling platforms, social media marketing, advertising, etc.

Job Description

As a Online Platform Manager & Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing online selling platforms, shipment organizing, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This hands-on role requires moderate computer skills, fluent skills in social media marketing, some experience in photo and video editing, and attention to details. Passion and knowledge in autoparts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Online Selling Platform Management: Manage online selling platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) by processing orders, ensuring listings are accurate, and maintaining customer communication.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media accounts and posts for online advertising.
  • Carrier Coordination: Ensure shipments are safely shipped and picked up by carrier services such as UPS and FedEx.
  • Additional Duties: Ability to occasionally perform light to medium physical tasks, including lifting items up to 30 lbs, as needed for assistance.
  • General Office Duties: Assist in daily office duties, including inventory organizing, bookkeeping, etc.

Requirements

  • Must: Fluent in computer usage with proficiency in software and tools related to online sales and shipping.
  • Prior experience with online selling platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and carrier services.
  • Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree or higher education is preferred.
