Video Editor + AI Generted video for Ecommerce Brand

We're looking for a high-level video editor who has already worked with real DTC brands ( no "dropshipping-only" profiles) and who truly understands how to create ads that convert for men aged 40+ and seniors.

This role is not about flashy Gen-Z edits.

It's about psychology, clarity, comfort, trust, subtle humor, and buying behavior of mature male audiences.

This role is for you if

You've already edited ads for established DTC brands (not just testing-phase brands)

What we expect from you

Strong experience editing performance ads (Meta, YouTube, etc.)

Ability to research

Current winning ad formats

Angles used by large DTC brands

Messaging that resonates with mature audiences

A mindset focused on conversion, not aesthetics only

Comfort working with AI tools

AI-generated videos if needed

AI voice, visuals, or workflows to accelerate production

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to suggest improvements independently

No "I only edited TikTok trends" profiles

We want someone who has real experience to bring to the table

Someone who can elevate our creative output, not just follow instructions
