**Digital Marketing Manager**
- *Overview**:
FOE Creative is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to our overall marketing efforts. With your expertise in strategic digital marketing, you will be responsible for managing all digital advertising across various platforms. As an integral member of the marketing team, you will work independently while ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard. - *Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to optimize ROI and achieve brand objectives.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Work with our design team to create engaging static and animated visuals for ad campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and generate detailed reports with actionable insights on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to develop cohesive marketing strategies and align paid advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices, implementing innovative tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- *Qualifications & Skills**:
- 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a proven track record of driving successful results.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads, with the ability to navigate their complexities and leverage them strategically.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, capable of transforming data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrate effective creative copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy that engages target audiences and drives action.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- Passionate about digital advertising and always looking for new ways to stay ahead of industry trends.
- *Bonus Points**:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a significant asset-supporting the design team in creating engaging visuals for ad campaigns, web assets, and brand materials across multiple platforms.
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify is a significant asset-supporting the development team in content implementation and integrated marketing strategies with both web platforms.
