Based at our corporate offices in Alexandria, VA, the eCommerce Channel Manager involves managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive revenue and growth by creating and executing channel strategies. This includes overseeing product listings, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing, IT, Operations, and Innovation.

The eCommerce Channels Manager is responsible for working with Five Guys’ partners to develop, maintain, and optimize the company's ordering website and app platforms to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance brand reach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Optimize eCommerce channel performance across brand sites and app for delivery and order ahead.
  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Manage product to ensure best-in-class customer experience online and in app.
  • Connects product development, restaurant technology, and marketing to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive business results.
  • Identify opportunities for restaurant team members to improve digital order flow, guest handoff, and app engagement within the store experience.
  • Develop commercial business plans to size and prioritize eCommerce opportunities based on revenue potential, guest impact, and operational feasibility.
  • Manage website development, digital marketing, and user experience to drive revenue and growth.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion funnels, and reduce friction in the purchase journey.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with eCommerce channel partners.

Education/Experience

  • 4 year college Degree required. Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar preferred
  • 7-10 years in food industry eCommerce operations, online marketplace management, ordering websites, apps, preferably with a background in driving digital adoption

Computer Skills

Exceptional computer skills required in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and other appropriate software
