Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Center of Excellence. As part of this team, you'll design, optimize, and manage automated programs that convert leads into opportunities and grow customer value over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize automated nurture journeys, triggered campaigns, and engagement programs across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
  • Map and manage customer touchpoints to ensure timely, relevant, and personalized experiences.

Requirements

  • A marketer with deep marketing automation expertise (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
  • A proven ability to build journeys that improve conversion, protect engagement quality, and drive measurable pipeline contribution.
  • A collaborative marketer who thrives in a cross-functional performance marketing environment.
