Digital Marketing Coordinator

**THE ROLE**

• Respond to online reviews
• Administer the company's customer relationship management (CRM)
• Create and manage google ads, social media ads, and media buying on Instagram and Facebook
• Manage video and photo content creation, copywriting, and publishing across all online platforms
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify target audiences
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance and create comprehensive reports capturing key analytics, and present these to management
• Maintain websites, including content creation, product, and organization updates
• Maintain brand integrity across all marketing platforms
• *SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
• Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
• Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress
• Graphic design and video production capabilities are an asset
• Attention to detail, and time and priority management is necessary for success
• Organized, self-motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Experience with Media Buying, Google Adwords, and social media
• Professional experience working with: Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Analytics or Marketing
• 3+ years in a professional digital marketing role
