Position Overview

Capture the beauty of our floral products and support the development of engaging marketing materials across multiple platforms. This role blends photography, creative content production, and marketing support to help elevate our brand and showcase our floral collections in the best light.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling-especially within the floral or lifestyle space.

Responsibilities and expectations

Photography & Visual Production

Serve as the primary company photographer, responsible for capturing high-quality images of floral products, arrangements, merchandising executions, and company events.

Style, stage, and enhance floral products to highlight color, freshness, seasonality, and design trends.

Edit, retouch, organize, and prepare photographs for digital platforms, catalogs, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Maintain photography equipment, backdrops, lighting, props, and organized digital asset libraries.

Marketing & Content Creation

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote key products and seasonal programs.

Create engaging visual content (photos, graphics, short-form videos) for social media, websites, digital ads, and internal communications.

Collaborate with social media managers to develop content calendars, storyboards, and creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.

Assist the design department and Head Graphic Designer with visual projects, including product sheets, POS materials, packaging concepts, and brand assets.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product development, sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure visuals accurately reflect product quality, availability, and floral trends.

Support special seasonal campaigns, floral trend shoots, trade show materials, and internal brand initiatives.

Qualifications

Must be bilingual (English - Spanish) written and spoken

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Photography, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a photographer, ideally with product, lifestyle, floral, or commercial photography.

Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and familiarity with Illustrator or InDesign.

Strong understanding of visual composition, branding, and design principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to follow creative direction while also contributing original ideas.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
