Established in 1999, Empack Spraytech Inc. is a leading aerosol manufacturer, liquid filler, and custom contract packager. Located in Brampton, Empack manufactures products for a wide range of markets including personal care, household goods, automotive, computer care, industrial and outdoors. We offer private label programs and produce a range of products under our house brands that include emzone, zytec Germ Buster, and SunZone.
- *E-Commerce Specialist and Account Representative**
The incumbent will be responsible for managing Amazon and other non E-Commerce accounts. The incumbent will develop relationships with assigned customers, support them through the ordering process, provide company and product information, and solve any issues that may arise.
- *What you will do**:
- Fully Manage the Amazon Account.
- Be the primary point of contact for other assigned clients and provide them information including shipment status, price changes, inventory announcements and other important information.
- Acts as a corporate and Brand ambassador, building up corporate and brand awareness to prospective clients
- Builds revenue and market share for the company by developing and implementing a sales plan to formulate targeted client call strategies to maximize opportunities in the territory or for the product line.
- Regularly contacts and occasionally visits accounts to maintain professional business relations.
- Support customer base with promotional materials, point of purchase materials, information and updates on product offerings, and corporate updates.
- Assist in developing and executing operational marketing plans that will support business objectives.
- Develop strategies to develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintains integrity, honesty, and ethically deals new and existing clients. Works quickly to solve any issues.
- Attend sales and product related meetings as required.
- Participates with special projects and provides support as needed.
- *What you will need to be successful**:
- 2 years of account management or sales experience
- E-Commerce account management experience
- Post secondary degree or diploma in business, sales, or marketing.
- Strong ability to make relationships with a diverse set of clients and internal teams.
- Well versed in the use of social media platforms that support lead generation, and business networking.
- Excellent reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with above average working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, and can quickly learn other technologies (customer portals, ERP software, CRM, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent reasoning and analytical ability.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
- Strong customer-focus with good listening and clear message transmission capabilities.
- Easily builds relationships, is personable, professional and an effective networker.
- Must have, or have access to, a reliable vehicle for customer visits.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- *Additional Nice to Haves**:
- 2 years of Amazon account management experience.
- B2B Selling experience.
